CIPD qualifications
Professional qualifications at Foundation Certificate to Advanced Diploma levels, designed and awarded by the CIPD. You will learn with one of our approved study centres and you will receive your qualification certificate from the CIPD. Successful completion leads to CIPD Foundation or Associate Membership.
University programmes
Degree, Masters or other qualifications awarded by a university or college and accredited by the CIPD. You will receive your qualification certificate from the university or college. Successful completion leads to CIPD Associate Membership.
Foundation
Foundation Certificate in People Practice
You’ll develop the knowledge and skills needed to deliver tasks that benefit your organisation at an operational level. An ideal starting point if you are new to the people profession, or are working in a support role.
Associate
Associate Diploma in People Management
You’ll build on your existing knowledge in people practice, specialising in the field of people management with topics covering employment relationship management, talent management and performance reward.
Associate Diploma in Organisational Learning and Development
You’ll build on your existing knowledge in people practice, specialising in the field of L&D with topics covering L&D design, self-directed and social learning, and personalised and performance focused learning.
Advanced
Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management
You’ll build on your existing people management experience, gaining enough knowledge to lead and direct your organisation’s people strategy. Specialist topics include talent management, employment relations, and reward management.
Advanced Diploma in Strategic Learning and Development
You’ll build on your existing L&D experience, gaining enough strategic knowledge to lead your organisation’s L&D strategy. Specialist topics include organisational design, learning development, and learning design.

An undergraduate level university or college qualification, typically at Bachelors level. Qualifications are structured and designed by the provider but accredited by the CIPD.
Postgraduate
A postgraduate level university or college qualification, typically at Masters level. Qualifications are structured and designed by the provider but accredited by the CIPD.
What is a Tailored programme?
Designed only for experienced people professionals. It combines evidence of your own relevant workplace practise, with tailored learning content, to gain your CIPD qualification. To be considered for a tailored programme, you need to demonstrate you have sufficient workplace experience to cover at least 50% of what is taught in your chosen qualification syllabus. Available at some CIPD study centres.

Our ODP’s have gone through rigorous approval process – we’ll work with you to select the right ODP for you and your team.
